• To enable communication between societies and elevator companies
• To send WhatsApp notifications (service updates, AMC reminders, quotations)
• To generate reports and Excel exports for administrative purposes

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored on Supabase (cloud database) with industry-standard encryption. Data is isolated by company — each company can only access its own data. We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties.

5. WhatsApp Integration

The App uses WhatsApp to send automated messages. By providing a WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving service notifications, AMC reminders, quotations, and status updates.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting your elevator company admin or PISSHA VENTURES.

The App is developed and maintained by PISSHA VENTURES and licensed to elevator companies for managing service requests, AMC, and quotations. Each company operates independently.

3. User Roles

• Society Users: Can raise service requests, view records, receive notifications
• Admin Users (Companies): Can manage records, update status, send quotations, manage societies
• Developer (PISSHA VENTURES): Owns the software; not responsible for company operations

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, not misuse the App for illegal purposes, not attempt to hack or disrupt the App.

5. Company (Admin) Responsibilities

Companies must manage their societies responsibly, ensure accurate billing, respond to service requests promptly, and not misuse society data.

6. Developer's Role & Limitations

PISSHA VENTURES provides the software "as is". We are not responsible for company-society disputes, data loss caused by third-party services, or any business interruption. We may update or discontinue features without notice.

7. Payments & Billing

PISSHA VENTURES is not involved in any financial transactions between companies and societies. All payments, quotations, and AMC charges are handled directly by the elevator company.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding belong to PISSHA VENTURES. Companies may use the App under license but cannot resell, copy, or claim ownership. Company logos remain property of respective companies.

9. Data Ownership

Society data belongs to the respective society. Company data belongs to the respective company. PISSHA VENTURES does not claim ownership of user data.

10. Termination

Companies may terminate usage by contacting PISSHA VENTURES. PISSHA VENTURES may suspend access for violations. Upon termination, data may be deleted after a grace period.

11. Limitation of Liability

PISSHA VENTURES shall not be liable for loss of business, revenue, or data; service interruptions due to internet or third-party outages; indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
